At Googan Squad, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return or choose a new size for exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
